How we verify
Every fight on FightCircle shows how it was checked. This is the full process, the same one our team follows.
What each fight label means
A fight we find was a mismatch or a smoker stays visible as "Not counted", outside the W-L record and rankings. Your record counts verified fights only. Nobody can mark their own fight verified, and nobody can pay for it.
What we check, every fight
- Your evidence is the full fight or an official result, not a clip.
- The event is real and findable: the promotion posted it.
- The date matches, and your video wasn't online before the fight.
- We can see it's you: face or name announcement.
- Your opponent is a real person with the same name elsewhere.
- Result, method and round match what is on screen.
- Pro or amateur matches the gear and rules we see.
- It was a sanctioned bout with a referee, not sparring.
- For "Evidence-checked": two sources from different people.
- Nothing looks edited.
What to send, strongest first
Ten rules that get your fight verified faster
- Send everything at once: every link in one go.
- Same name, spelling and date of birth everywhere.
- Record the whole fight, from intros to hand raise.
- Public or unlisted video; Drive links set to "anyone with link".
- Give your opponent's real name and their FightCard or Instagram.
- Pick the right level. Not sure? Say Amateur.
- Date and venue exactly as on the poster.
- Say when the finish happens in the video, in your source note.
- Before the fight, ask the organiser to list the event.
- Within 48 hours, post your clip tagging the promotion, then add the fight.
Common reasons a fight is sent back, and the fix
Our target: a first decision within 72 hours, or 24 hours if you have an accepted event in the next 21 days. We will promise these times once we have met them for a month. A fight sent back stays private. Fix it and send it again.
Run events? Use the bout sheet
Fill one page on fight night and send it to us, or enter the results yourself. Your fighters' records can then be Organiser-confirmed.
How a gym gets verified
- Claim or create your page.
- Send a verification request, with what proves it and up to 10 links.
- Our team approves it, turns it down with a reason, or asks for more.
- Every decision is logged with who made it. Nobody can pay for the badge.
Statements such as "safe late evening" or "no sparring before week 3" come from the gym, and we label them that way.
How a CoachCard gets verified

- Our team approves it, turns it down with a reason, or asks for more.

A fighter appears on a CoachCard only after both sides confirm.
Circle Reviewers
Experienced coaches and fighters who check fight evidence against a fixed sheet. They vote; our team decides; the server sets the label. Reviewers never see a fighter's date of birth, phone or ID.
